We have the know-how to handle a variety of projects, like this prefab construction gone astray; this modular project came to us after the pieces had been partially assembled on site. To carry through with the architect’s and clients’ design, we had to rescue the framing, electrical, plumbing, and finishes. The completed project is a harmonious interplay of materials and landscaping. On the exterior, cedar, Shou Sugi Ban (charred wood), steel, and integral color stucco textures add to the rhythm of clean lines. Inside, you are immersed in natural light and outdoor scenery. We applaud these clients for their vision and are grateful for their trust in us to finish this project.
